we allow designers to work remotely considering they are capable of time management and take responsibility for their work. Our hybrid work model supports a blend of in-office (located near MRT Hualamphong), remote and on-the-go workers.

Responsibility
- Oversee design projects from conception to delivery
- Study, analyse, and translate the brief into creative conceptual ideas
- Lead other members working with you by constructive direction & guidance
- Develop a creative rationale for the work and a cohesive narrative for the project
- Design unique visual and systemise its usage
- Able to present your work to different audience; the team & the client
- Encourage, support, and guide designers
- Review work outcome and point out how it could be improved from any details
- Occasionally on-set for shooting or on-site visitation
- Stay up-to-date with the industry developments, ideas, and movements
- Explore possibilities and challenges to push the work further
Requirement
- Good time management & great self-discipline
- Awesome at going solo & also amazing as a team
- Proficient Adobe software skills; Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign
- Optimistic and able to give and take constructive criticism with the team
- Conceptual thinker, visual translator, versatile designer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Qualification
- BA, BfA, MA or art/design related fields
- Experienced is preferable, but passion is a must
- 3+ years of working experience
